COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT SOLID PHASE MICROEXTRACTION FIBERS IN EXTRACTION OF VOLATILE COMPOUNDS FROM ADIPOSE TISSUE

چکیده
The volatile compounds (VCs) in headspace of adipose tissues (perirenal, tail, caul) were extracted by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber coated with carboxen/ polydimethylsiloxane (CAR/PDMS) or divinylbenzene/ polydimethylsloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS). In extraction CAR/PDMS coating compared to DVB/CAR/PDMS, more VCs obtained perirenal (53 versus 41), tail (51 vs 47) and caul (35 33) fats. Increased retention index for aldehydes increased the adsorption on DVB/CAR/PDMS. This also provided a good yield carboxylic acids. could be recommended from if goal is identify aldehydes, especially fatty acid oxidation products low molecular weight hydrocarbons, as well greater number VCs. However, case targeting acids, esters, high DVB/CAR/PDMS utilized due its affinity mentioned compounds. Furthermore, optimum time should studied determine reach equilibrium.

Comparison of Odorous Volatile Compounds from Fourteen Different Commercial Composts Using Solid−phase Microextraction
In this study, odorous volatile compounds (OVCs) from market−ready, commercial composts supplied by 14 different producers were compared using a recently developed method involving solid−phase microextraction (SPME) of headspace volatiles followed by GC analysis. The products analyzed were derived from a cross−section of the wide array of compost feedstock ingredients used in the U.S. (e.g., bi...
متن کاملVolatile compounds of red and white wines by headspace--solid-phase microextraction using different fibers.
The behavior of four fibers [polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), PDMS-divinylbenzene (DVB), carboxen (CAR)-PDMS, PDMS-DVB-CAR), is tested for the analysis of volatile compounds of white and red wine. The PDMS-DVB-CAR fiber is the most appropriate to obtain the most wide volatile profile of wines. The better extraction conditions are 40 min at 35 degrees C. Satisfactory data about the reproducibility a...

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
15 صفحه اولStir bar sorptive extraction of volatile compounds in vinegar: validation study and comparison with solid phase microextraction.
Stir bar sorptive extraction was evaluated for analysing volatiles in vinegar. The procedure developed shows detection and quantitation limits, and linear ranges adequate for analysing this type of compounds. The accuracy obtained was close to 100%, with repeatability values lower than 13%. The extraction efficiency is inversely affected by the acetic acid content. Although the absolute areas d...
